  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • Less than 50% of the allocated credits for the subscription plan must have been used
  • The subscription must have been purchased directly through our official payment provider

If these conditions are not met, the refund request will be denied.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • 50% or more credits have been used
  • The subscription has already been canceled after significant usage
  • The request is based on dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality after substantial use
  • The account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service

3. How to Request a Refund

  • The reason for the refund request

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy
  • We do not control the exact processing time once the refund is issued
  • Refunds are sent back to the original payment method used at checkout

Please note that transaction fees, if any, may not be refundable depending on Lemon Squeezy's policies.

5. Subscription Cancellations

  • Canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless a refund is approved under this policy
